SUBJECT MATTER\nThis declaration relates exclusively to the photographs I am submitting on this occasion. It does not relate to any\nphotograph I have submitted previously, nor to any I may submit in future \u2014 a\nseparate declaration is given for each submission.\n\n2. BENEFICIARY\nThe beneficiary of the rights is VisitBaska.com, as operator of the destination\nportal for Baska.\n\n3. PERMITTED USE\nI permit the beneficiary to publish the submitted photographs and make them\navailable to the public on the website visitbaska.com and on all of its language\nversions, and for that purpose to store them, reproduce them, adjust their size,\nformat and crop, and optimise them for display on different devices. The\npermission includes displaying the photographs on the portal&#039;s social media\nprofiles and in the portal&#039;s newsletters, always with the attribution set out in\nclause 6.\n\nThe permission does not include reselling the photographs to third parties, nor\ntransferring them to third parties for independent use outside the portal.\n\n4. NO REMUNERATION\nI grant this permission FREE OF CHARGE. I do not claim and will not claim any\nfee, royalty or other consideration for the use of the submitted photographs in\nthe manner described in clause 3.\n\n5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY AND DURATION\nThe permission is non-exclusive \u2014 I remain free to dispose of my photographs and\nmay use them and grant them to anyone else. The permission is granted for an\nunlimited period, with the right to revoke it at any time by written notice,\nafter which the beneficiary will remove the photographs from the portal within a\nreasonable period.\n\n6. ATTRIBUTION\nThe photographs will be published with the name I entered in the credit field.\nThe name appears as text next to the photograph. It is not written into the\nimage itself and is not a watermark.\n\nI retain all moral rights. If in future I no longer wish my name to be shown, I\nmay request this and the name will be removed.\n\n7. MY WARRANTIES\nI confirm, separately and expressly:\n  (a) that I am the author of the submitted photographs, or that on another\n      basis I have the right to dispose of them in the manner described in this\n      declaration; and\n  (b) that the submitted photographs contain no recognisable individuals, or\n      that for the publication of every recognisable individual I have that\n      person&#039;s consent, or the consent of a parent or guardian in the case of a\n      child.\n\nIf any of these warranties proves to be untrue, I am liable for the resulting\ndamage.\n\n8. DECISION ON PUBLICATION\nThe beneficiary is under no obligation to publish the submitted photographs or\nto add a proposed place to the portal. Submitting photographs creates no\nobligation to publish.\n\nAutomated systems are also used in reviewing photographs before publication. I\nwill be notified of the outcome, and the notification will include a statement\nof reasons and information on how I may lodge a complaint.\n\n9. MY DATA\nThe e-mail address I provide is used to confirm this declaration and to notify\nme of the outcome; it is not published. Other submission data is retained as\nevidence of the permission given.\n\n10. LANGUAGE\nThis declaration exists in Croatian and English.
