DECLARATION GRANTING THE RIGHT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS
Version 1.1 (English)

1. SUBJECT MATTER
This declaration relates exclusively to the photographs I am submitting on this occasion, which relate to: Vela plaža & Beach bars strip. It does not relate to any
photograph I have submitted previously, nor to any I may submit in future — a
separate declaration is given for each submission.

2. BENEFICIARY
The beneficiary of the rights is VisitBaska.com, as operator of the destination
portal for Baska.

3. PERMITTED USE
I permit the beneficiary to publish the submitted photographs and make them
available to the public on the website visitbaska.com and on all of its language
versions, and for that purpose to store them, reproduce them, adjust their size,
format and crop, and optimise them for display on different devices. The
permission includes displaying the photographs on the portal's social media
profiles and in the portal's newsletters, always with the attribution set out in
clause 6.

The permission does not include reselling the photographs to third parties, nor
transferring them to third parties for independent use outside the portal.

4. NO REMUNERATION
I grant this permission FREE OF CHARGE. I do not claim and will not claim any
fee, royalty or other consideration for the use of the submitted photographs in
the manner described in clause 3.

5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY AND DURATION
The permission is non-exclusive — I remain free to dispose of my photographs and
may use them and grant them to anyone else. The permission is granted for an
unlimited period, with the right to revoke it at any time by written notice,
after which the beneficiary will remove the photographs from the portal within a
reasonable period.

6. ATTRIBUTION
The photographs will be published with the name I entered in the credit field.
The name appears as text next to the photograph. It is not written into the
image itself and is not a watermark.

I retain all moral rights. If in future I no longer wish my name to be shown, I
may request this and the name will be removed.

7. MY WARRANTIES
I confirm, separately and expressly:
  (a) that I am the author of the submitted photographs, or that on another
      basis I have the right to dispose of them in the manner described in this
      declaration; and
  (b) that the submitted photographs contain no recognisable individuals, or
      that for the publication of every recognisable individual I have that
      person's consent, or the consent of a parent or guardian in the case of a
      child.

If any of these warranties proves to be untrue, I am liable for the resulting
damage.

8. DECISION ON PUBLICATION
The beneficiary is under no obligation to publish the submitted photographs or
to add a proposed place to the portal. Submitting photographs creates no
obligation to publish.

Automated systems are also used in reviewing photographs before publication. I
will be notified of the outcome, and the notification will include a statement
of reasons and information on how I may lodge a complaint.

9. MY DATA
The e-mail address I provide is used to confirm this declaration and to notify
me of the outcome; it is not published. Other submission data is retained as
evidence of the permission given.

10. LANGUAGE
This declaration exists in Croatian and English. In the event of any discrepancy
the Croatian text prevails.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This declaration is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
